Transform Housing is seeking a Finance Officer - Reporting based in Leatherhead. You will prepare management accounts, support service charges and budgets, and manage capital expenditure accounting, shaping strategic financial decisions.

The role requires strong management accounting experience (minimum 2 years), good communication with stakeholders, and part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT status; advanced Excel skills are essential.

Finance Officer - Reporting

Location: Leatherhead

Salary: £34,000.00 p.a.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Full time
