Transform Housing & Support is seeking a Finance Officer – Reporting to join the Finance team in Leatherhead. You will prepare management accounts, support budget processes, and manage capex accounting to provide financial insight for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in preparing management accounts.
• At least 2 years in a management accounting role with business partner focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts that inform key business decisions.
• Support service charges, housing and overhead budget preparation.
• Manage capital expenditure accounting.
• Account for fundraising income.
• Complete statistical returns.
