Transform Housing is seeking a Finance Officer - Reporting based in Leatherhead. You will prepare management accounts, support service charges and budgets, and manage capital expenditure accounting, shaping strategic financial decisions.

The role requires strong management accounting experience (minimum 2 years), good communication with stakeholders, and part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT status; advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in preparing management accounts.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management accounting role with a business partner focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge.
