Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a part-time Finance Officer for a hybrid role in Gloucester. The position offers 20-25 hours per week at £17.45 per hour PAYE, reporting to the Finance Manager (Projects).

You will assist with monthly JCT 10 claim preparations, perform data analysis on large data sets, and work with service areas to resolve issues. Experience with PO and invoices in SAP is required. This is a temporary contract.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing monthly JCT 10 claims.
• Strong data-analysis skills with large data sets.
• Ability to coordinate with service areas to resolve processes and issues.
• Familiarity with purchase orders and invoices in SAP.

Reporting into and supporting the Finance Manager (Projects) to

1. Support with monthly Jct. 10 claim preparations
2. Data analysing and ability to pay attention to detail with large quantities of data
3. Meeting with service areas to work through processes and issues with Finance Manager Support
4. Working with the project managers and service areas to co-ordinate claim evidence
5. Ability to understand PO’s and invoices within the SAP system

This is a part time role on a Temporary contract basis.
