Job summary

Essential Employment is hiring a Finance Officer (Hybrid) in Gloucester on a part-time, temporary basis. The role involves supporting the Finance Manager (Projects) with monthly JCT.10 claim preparations and data analysis across large datasets.

Applicants should be able to coordinate with service areas and project managers to gather evidence and understand POs and invoices within SAP. This is a part-time contract with a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly claim preparations (JCT. 10) and data analysis across large datasets.
• Familiar with SAP PO and invoice processes.
• Ability to coordinate with service areas and project managers to resolve issues.

Finance Officer (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £17.45ph PAYE - Reference: 5309294

Part time 20-25 hours per week

Reporting into and supporting the Finance Manager (Projects) to

• Support with monthly Jct. 10 claim preparations
• Data analysing and ability to pay attention to detail with large quantities of data
• Meeting with service areas to work through processes and issues with Finance Manager Support
• Working with the project managers and service areas to co-ordinate claim evidence
• Ability to understand PO’s and invoices within the SAP system

This is a part time role on a Temporary contract basis.
