Zusammenfassung

Alder Hey Children’s Charity is seeking a Finance Officer to support day-to-day financial operations and month-end reporting. You will process transactions, maintain ledgers, and help with reconciliations under the Head of Finance.

The role offers flexibility with part-time consideration and a 30-hour four-day week policy, along with development opportunities and DBS checks as required.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Strong numerical skills to analyse financial information.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Experience of working with a finance system.
• Charity sector experience.
• Experience of using a CRM system.

Aufgaben

• Process transactions and maintain financial records.
• Support reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Code income and expenditure in finance and CRM systems.
• Process staff and volunteer expenses and company card transactions.
• Prepare weekly supplier payment runs and assist with reconciliations.
• Support Gift Aid processing and restricted fund/grant ledgers.
