Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Finance Officer to join their busy team in Doncaster. The role covers all aspects of the finance function with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting. You will handle invoices, cash flow, VAT/CIS returns, and banking reconciliations in a small team environment.

The position offers a four-day week with the potential to expand to five days and a salary in the £30,000–£35,000 pro rata range, depending on experience. Sage Line 50 and Excel experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or accounts-based role.
• Proficient with Excel and financial spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Input invoices and log them accurately.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow spreadsheets.
• Complete monthly VAT/CIS returns and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with reporting and preparation of management accounts.
