Finance Officer
We have an exciting role on offer within our Finance team as a Finance Officer for 30 hours per week.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join our Adult Social Care Finance Team. If you want to make a difference to the residents of Middlesbrough, this could be the role for you.
We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service background, effective verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and a true team player.
Full training will be provided; experience within finance or adult social care is beneficial. You will be responsible for a caseload including customer contact through multiple channels, both inbound and outbound calling, dealing with staff and client queries around accounts and charging, and supporting income collection.
