Job summary

Venn Group’s specialist finance recruitment team is assisting an NHS Organisation in Manchester to recruit a Finance Officer on a temporary basis. You will provide vital finance support including invoice processing, reconciliations and backlog resolution.

You will manage high volumes of invoices, perform reconciliations across multiple systems, and respond to provider/supplier queries while maintaining accurate records for reporting. This role offers hybrid working in Manchester and starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Finance Officer, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or similar finance role within an NHS organisation
• Experience of invoice processing, reconciliations and query resolution
• Ability to work across finance systems and manage large volumes of transactional data
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
