Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Finance Officer - Income to join our Financial Services team. The role requires meticulous administration of rent and sundry income, reconciliation of income accounts, and timely invoicing.

You’ll support bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records. The position is 37 hours per week with hybrid working (2-3 days in the Exeter office) and opportunities to develop within a collaborative finance team dedicated to delivering

• AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable.

About The Role

Are you highly organised, detail focused and looking to develop your career in finance? We're looking for a Finance Officer - Income to join our Financial Services team.

• Understanding of financial controls and the importance of accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

• Good level of literacy and numeracy.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

• AAT qualified or equivalent relevant expertise gained through experience.
• Experience using finance systems, service-specific software or customer relationship management systems.
• Knowledge of service administration processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of reporting practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and legislation.
