LiveWest is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead property services delivery across a regional portfolio. You will manage a large team of managers and operational colleagues, ensuring high-quality outcomes, safety and value for money for the business.
The role is full-time with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office, based at LiveWest locations across the South West. You will oversee multiple workstreams and drive continuous improvement.
Are you an experienced operational leader with a strong background in property repairs, maintenance and contract management? We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality property services across a regional portfolio, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers and value for money for the business. You will lead and develop a large team of managers and operational colleagues, overseeing performance and service delivery across multiple workstreams.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within Property Services, influencing service delivery across a large region and making a tangible difference to our customers' homes and communities. You'll have the opportunity to lead significant operational teams, shape service improvements and contribute to the ongoing success and development of our in-house maintenance service.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week.
Hybrid Working is available for this role working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You can be based at any one of our LiveWest locations, Tolvaddon, Exeter or Weston-Super-Mare.
