LiveWest is seeking a Finance Officer - Income to join our Financial Services team. The role requires meticulous administration of rent and sundry income, reconciliation of income accounts, and timely invoicing.

You’ll support bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records. The position is 37 hours per week with hybrid working (2-3 days in the Exeter office) and opportunities to develop within a collaborative finance team dedicated to delivering

Qualificações

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive approach to work.
• AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Process and allocate income received for rent and sundry debt accounts accurately, keeping customer accounts up to date.
• Manage customer account transactions, suspense items and account irregularities, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process authorised account adjustments accurately, ensuring changes are controlled and supported by the appropriate approval.
• Raise and process customer and other sales invoices accurately and on time, supporting complete and reliable financial records.
• Review and reconcile income control accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve differences and deliver a seamless service
