LiveWest is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage the sales journey from enquiry to legal completion for new build homes, ensuring high standards and compliance. You will work with Development, Marketing and external partners to meet sales targets while presenting homes effectively.
The role is full-time, 37 hours weekly, with hybrid working 2–3 days in the office at Exeter or Tolvaddon. A fixed-term contract runs until May 2027, with safeguarding DBS checks required.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our new build home ownership programme. You'll manage the sales journey from first enquiry through to legal completion, ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout. Working closely with colleagues across Development, Marketing and external partners, you'll help achieve sales targets while ensuring homes are presented to a high standard and all activity is compliant with our policies and procedures.

Hybrid Working is available for this role working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will be based from our Exeter or Tolvaddon office.
To be successful in your application for the role of Sales Consultant, you will have the essential skills and experience for a Level 1 role and the following role-specific skills and experience:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
