Finance & Office Manager - Maternity Cover

Job summary

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Office & Finance Manager to join a well-established Nottingham business on a maternity cover contract. Salary: Up to £45,000pa DOE. Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover - approximately 11 months. Location: Nottingham.

Working pattern: 4 or 5 days per week considered. Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Working arrangement: Fully office-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in broad bookkeeping or finance role.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day accounts.
• Experience with Sage 50 Accounts.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Experience in payroll support and HR/admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Finance & bookkeeping: sole bookkeeper, process invoices, reconciliations, payment runs, credit control, expenses, director's loan, reports, depreciation, journals.
