Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service in Rugby is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead reporting and operational finance, guiding a team and ensuring timely, compliant month-end processes. You will drive variance and trend analysis with the FP&A team and uphold the organisation's values.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
• Experience with year end audits, annual accounts and management accounts.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience with Business Central and Power BI.
• Eye for detail with ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach to organisational objectives.
• Knowledge of Business Central advantageous.
• Knowledge of retail sector and charity shop operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, support and motivation to the finance team, delegating tasks and ensuring effective communication.
• Lead month end processes, Management Accounts, year end audit and Annual Accounts support.
• Collaborate with FP&A to produce variance and trend analysis and uphold TAAS values.
