Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is hiring an Audit and Governance Officer in Rugby. The role supports governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation, including leading a corporate audit programme across various functions and assisting with EHS reporting and policy management.

Qualifications

• Basic DBS check required.
• Experience or understanding of governance, compliance and risk management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Governance Team in delivering governance, compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence across business areas.
• Lead development, coordination and delivery of a corporate audit programme covering retail, fundraising, head office and operations; work with managers, teams and volunteers to identify improvements and ensure high standards of compliance.
• Provide administrative support for Environmental, Health and Safety reporting system, governance policies and records management.
