MDM Resourcing is partnering with a Manchester-based business to recruit a Finance Manager. You will lead and develop the finance team, own month-end controls, and report to the CFO, guiding investor reporting and development finance.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong Excel skills and a proven track record mentoring colleagues while communicating clearly with stakeholders. This role offers a clear progression path and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing colleagues' work and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop members of the finance team.
• Own month-end financial control and reporting.
• Review management accounts and financial commentary.
• Take responsibility for investor reporting and development finance.
• Partner with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Play a visible role with progression opportunities.
