Heathrow Airport Limited is seeking a multi-skilled engineer for Terminal 4 maintenance. You will work on mechanical and electrical assets, ensuring reliable operations and timely maintenance across airside infrastructure.
The role requires hands-on experience, a relevant NVQ Level 3, and a full UK driving licence with airside access. You will be part of a safety-focused team delivering continuous improvements at a world-class airport.

Be at the heart of Terminal 4, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising our assets that keeps airport operations running smoothly.
In this hands-on position, you’ll apply a broad, multi-skilled approach across mechanical and electrical assets, such as air bridges, automated tray returns, HVAC, power and lighting. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical assets within a high-demand, fast-paced setting.
You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and corrective maintenance, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, project delivery, and asset replacement programmes that enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
Working within a forward-thinking and innovative environment, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team focused on safety, performance, and excellence, supporting the seamless operation of one of the world’s busiest airports.
Salary: Starting from £46,345- £49,584 (depending on experience).Successful candidates will benefit from a structured technical progression framework, with salary increases linked to the achievement of defined competencies and technical skills.
Shift pattern 4 on (2 days, 2 nights -12 hour shifts) and 4 days off.
