Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting a long-established business in the New Forest to appoint a Finance Manager. You will report to the Finance Director, oversee day-to-day financial controls, and provide commercial insight to support decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong management accounting knowledge.
• Experience in leading finance teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working for a group or multi-entity business.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency with finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Review of VAT returns and group balance sheet reconciliations.
• Business partnering with operational stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team.
• Supporting the Finance Director on strategic and operational initiatives.
