Liberty Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and business partnering across the organisation. You will manage monthly accounts, P&L and balance sheets, deliver timely reporting, and drive improvements while supporting budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a small finance team in a hybrid setting.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in both Management Accounting and Financial Accounting.
• Experience managing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
• Experience supporting and managing external audits.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively without close supervision.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.
• Manage and review profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with monthly reporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across the wider business.
• Lead, develop, and support the finance team.
• Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes.
• Assist with system and process improvements, including the transition to COINS.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insight to support decision-making.
• Ensure all deadlines are met within a fast-paced commercial environment.
