Job summary

Travelport is seeking an ABO Finance Manager - Operators to drive operational efficiency and financial integrity for the ABO in the Operator Channel. This role leads the onshore ABO Operators team and supports the Finance Director in reviews of accounting entries and customer payments.

You will guide projects, adapt to evolving models (GDS, Airline Channel, IATA-NDC), and ensure robust accounting practices, timely closes, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial operations and accounting processes.
• Ability to analyse complex contracts and determine appropriate accounting treatments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ABO Operators onshore team and support the ABO Finance Director in review/approval of entries and payments.
• Take operational lead for projects and new competencies in the ABO Operators channel.
• Support evolution of GDS model with Airline Channel and IATA-NDC models; provide SME advisory and training.
• Ensure accurate accounting principles, GL entries and balance sheet accounting per corporate standards.
