Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant in London to join the Global Corporate Finance team. You will own partner billing, collections, and month-end accounting, delivering accurate financial reporting for a global partner network.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, resolve billing queries, and provide P&L insights through analysis and reconciliations. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with multi-currency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance role.
• At least 1 year of experience preparing management accounts, including P&Ls, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
• Strong billing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and month-end experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly partner billing files across multiple charge types.
• Produce partner invoice support packs and maintain invoice tracking records.
• Process accruals and prepayments accurately.
• Prepare monthly Partner Network P&Ls and variance analysis.
