African Adventures Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead our finance function through the next stage of growth. You’ll manage Finance Officers, work closely with Directors, and own systems and financial insight to help us make confident decisions across the organisation.

With several currencies and teams across Africa and the UK, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while driving policy, forecasting, budgeting, and timely reporting to the Executive and Boards

Qualificações

• Accredited finance qualification.
• Extensive demonstrable experience in business finance.
• Strong background in financial reporting and payroll/pensions processes.

Responsabilidades

• Line management of Finance Officers across functions in the UK and abroad.
• Lead finance forecasting, budgeting, and management information for Executive and Trustees.
• Ensure compliant bookkeeping and financial management across multiple currencies.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes, and SOPs for financial governance.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure payroll and pensions operations run smoothly.
• Oversee financial systems, software, and bank accounts.
