Job summary

OQC is seeking a Finance Manager - Operations to lead day‑to‑day financial operations with accuracy, control and pace. You will drive month‑end close, treasury, payroll, VAT, and controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions while guiding the finance team through a scalable, audit‑ready function.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll partner with the Group FC, FP&A and People teams, defining processes to support ongoing international expansion and business priorities in a fast‑growing quantum

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience with month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience managing VAT and payroll finance.

Responsibilities

• Own month‑end close across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Lead treasury, payroll, VAT, and audit readiness activities.
• Build strong financial controls and documentation for audit trails.
• Support international expansion with scalable finance processes.
