Job summary

Campbell Brown Associates seeks a Finance Manager for a newly created role at a high-growth, private equity-backed marketing agency in the UK. You will oversee a team of management accountants, deliver UK/US/EMEA/APAC reporting, and drive month-end close and treasury activities.

Ideal candidates will have CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications, experience in creative or services-led businesses, and strong FRS102 knowledge. A discretionary bonus and enhanced pension are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative or people and services led business.
• Experience working with a multi-entity business.
• Strong FRS102 experience.

Responsibilities

• Line management and development of a team of management accountants and two finance assistants.
• Overseeing the month-end close and ensuring accurate financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheets, cash flow, KPIs).
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accounting integrity.
• Assisting group treasury with working capital and cash conversion cycles.
• Lead weekly debtor reviews and approvals for payments.
