Job summary

Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 dependent on experience + bonus

A rapidly growing global Media business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (EMEA) to oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple EMEA entities. This role suits a hands‑on finance leader with strong management accounting experience, team leadership capability, and exposure to multi‑currency, multi‑entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close across EMEA
• Produce management accounts, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee VAT, Corporation Tax, and statutory compliance (with external advisors)
• Manage a small finance team and support their development
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Oversee intercompany processes and multi‑currency consolidations
• Drive process improvements and support ongoing systems optimisation

Experience Required

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (essential)
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting background
• Experience managing a small finance team
• Knowledge of VAT, Corporation Tax, and statutory compliance
• Confident working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
