Job summary

Key duties include managing invoicing, supplier payments, cashflow updates and payroll preparation, with exposure to audits and forecasting in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or newly qualified ACCA or CIMA.
• 2–3 years of experience in a busy finance function.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Xero).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and manage weekly sales invoicing.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Update cashflow and perform month-end close activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and production of reports for shareholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities.
