The Fabadousa Group in Maldon, Essex is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead management accounting, financial control and reporting across its businesses. You will own month-end processes, drive improvements and provide clear financial insight for decision-makers.

You will partner with operational leaders to challenge assumptions, manage cash flow, and ensure robust balance sheet control, while maintaining strict compliance with UK requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA/ACA membership.
• Strong management accounting experience including month-end, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical business decisions.
• Experience in a multi-site or multi-company environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own the month-end close and deliver accurate management accounts with journals, accruals, prepayments and revenue recognition.
• Maintain balance sheet control with reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany balances, payroll and VAT.
• Oversee receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital management.
• Partner with operational leaders to review performance and drive actions.
• Support year-end accounts, audit and external advisers.
