The Fabadousa Group in Maldon, Essex, is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to own management accounting, financial control and commercial reporting across the group's businesses. You will balance strong financial discipline with an entrepreneurial pace, translating complex data into practical insight for business leaders.

Key duties include month‑end close, balance sheet control, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning; you will develop robust models and support year‑end

Qualifications

• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
• Strong management accounting experience, including month-end and balance sheet control.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical actions for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the month-end close and deliver accurate management accounts.
• Maintain balance sheet control with reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Oversee receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Prepare reporting on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Support year-end accounts, audits and external advisers.
• Translate financial information into concise recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
