Complete Security Recruitment Ltd places a Finance Manager role for a 12-month maternity cover in Oxfordshire. You will run the finance function day to day, lead a migration from Sage 50 to Xero and oversee the Simpro implementation, ensuring timely month-end and accurate reporting.

You will develop and embed new processes, coach the Finance Assistant, and partner with MD, operations and the Group finance team to deliver value from systems and reliable monthly close.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or substantial equivalent experience.
• Proven experience running the full finance function of an SME.
• Hands-on experience of a finance system migration or implementation (ideally Xero).
• Track record of improving processes, controls and monthly reporting speed.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with operational data.

Mansioni

• Lead the finance workstream during Sage 50 to Xero migration and Simpro go-live.
• Deliver monthly management accounts to the Group timetable with improvements.
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and intercompany recharges.
• Support annual budget, reforecasts and year-end audit/accounts.
• Coach the Finance Assistant and collaborate with MD, operations and group finance.
