Job summary

Spirax Group in Cheltenham seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Group IT finance function, delivering planning, forecasting and business partnering across the organisation. You will drive financial performance, maintain robust controls and support strategic IT initiatives with senior stakeholders.

The role also includes leading a small finance team, driving continuous improvement in processes, and partnering with IT leadership to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least five years post-qualification experience.
• Proven finance business partnering experience in a commercial setting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Group IT function.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance with policy and governance.
• Review monthly management accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Present performance insights to senior stakeholders, including executives.
• Manage intercompany recharge processes across business units.
• Support IT capital expenditure business cases and investments.
