Job summary

Kenton Black Finance seeks a Finance Manager to lead month end, reporting and commercial analysis across UK and overseas entities. You will mentor 2–3 accounts assistants and partner with stakeholders to deliver insightful financial commentary.

The role offers hybrid working (up to 2 days remote per week), a starting salary of £50,000–£55,000, private healthcare, life insurance and a company pension matched at 5%. Experience in group structures with overseas operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with board members and budget holders.
• Analytical capabilities for variance analysis and management reporting.
• Mentorship and line management of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own month end processes including management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial performance reports for executive review and board reporting.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis for senior managers to aid decision making.
• Prepare year end audit files and act as primary auditor contact.
• Line manage 2–3 accounts assistants and partner with stakeholders for financial insight.
• Drive efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
