Job summary

RECfinancial have been engaged with a Leicester-based business to appoint a newly created Finance Manager.

This role is based at a modern office and commutable from Leicester, Market Harborough, Coventry and surrounding areas, offering hybrid working.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, stock reporting and BI reporting, with a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with stock/inventory experience advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and proactive approach to improving processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct scenario planning, stock reporting and costing analysis.
• Develop financial modelling and strengthen reporting controls.
• Lead finance business partnering with senior stakeholders and IT.
• Continue to strengthen Power BI reporting and financial processes.
• Oversee payment runs and improve financial reporting.
