Stanton House is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to support a fast-growing data services business in London. You will own management accounting, lead accounts receivable, and drive a smooth month-end close while partnering with senior leadership.

You will provide financial insights, maintain controls, and help optimise cash flow across the business, balancing reporting with operational finance duties in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and recurring revenue models.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Provide commentary and insights to support performance and decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Monitor KPIs across the business and liaise with stakeholders.
