Qualifications

• You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver effective budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Confident financial modelling skills including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Clear communicator who can translate financial data into practical insight.
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling organisation.
• Exposure to service-based and recurring revenue models.
• Familiarity with finance systems and improving reporting processes.
