Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Manager, producing monthly management accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks and/or Xero.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books and financial records.
• Produce monthly management accounts with supporting analysis.
• Implement and manage processes for monthly prepayments and accruals.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and ensure accurate cash reporting.
• Process monthly payroll via accounting software.
