Control Risks is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Shared Service Centre. This role focuses on accurate processing, strong controls and timely financial reporting.

You will oversee general ledger, manage month-end close, ensure policy compliance and collaborate with other departments to reconcile intercompany transactions across regions during month end. The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance degree and 5+ years in finance operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in a finance operations role, preferably in a shared service centre.
• Strong understanding of key finance processes and systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with SLAs.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journals and financial statement prep.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to define processes and timelines for reconciling intercompany transactions at month end.
