Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Shared Service Centre. You will oversee the general ledger, manage month-end close, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with other departments to keep intercompany processes on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years in finance operations, with ERP and MS Excel proficiency. ACCA/ACA is a plus. We offer a competitive package and generous discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• ACCA/ACA or similar qualifications are preferred.
• 5+ years in a finance operations role, ideally in shared service centres.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general ledger ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to reconcile intercompany transactions and timelines.
