Our client is a large well known organisation based in the North East.

Job Description

The Finance Reporting Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all financial reporting activities and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Engaging with external auditors to ensure a successful audit process.
  • Providing financial insights to facilitate key business decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Supporting budget and forecasting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Reporting Manager should have:

  • Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
  • Up to date working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Strong financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
