This UK Finance Manager position is newly created following a recent acquisition by a European Group. Based in Dartford, you will lead the UK finance function through transition, integration, and transformation, playing a central role in post-acquisition activities.
Our client, a well-established UK business focused on distributing advanced technologies, has ambitious growth plans and a history of strategic acquisitions. As the UK entity integrates into this international organisation, the UK Finance Manager will ensure alignment with Group-wide financial strategies and operations.
The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive experience in financial control and reporting. Experience within a multi-entity or group structure, especially with international exposure, is preferred. Familiarity with business integrations or M&A activities is highly desirable. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic insight, and be comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders. Technical proficiency with Sage and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous. The role requires an approachable, collaborative leader confident in managing change. A background in advanced devices and equipment is a plus.
