We are seeking a Finance Manager to support Prime Video's strategy and performance in Europe. This role involves partnering with marketing teams, optimizing campaign spend, and analyzing large data volumes to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with European marketing teams to provide analytical insights and influence decision-making at strategic and campaign levels.
• Map drivers of marketing performance from high-level brand metrics to customer engagement.
• Identify and source KPIs to measure performance, utilizing internal and external data sources.
• Monitor campaigns, measure their impact on business metrics, and assess financial efficiency.
• Evaluate proposals for new initiatives and campaigns.
• Support budgeting and target setting processes periodically.
• Track actual spend against plans and analyze variances.
• Prepare reports for leadership review meetings.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in building financial and operational reports for decision-making.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.

Preferred

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience delivering financial models, analysis, and recommendations impacting business outcomes.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
