The CFO HQ is recruiting a fully qualified Finance Manager in Stoke-on-Trent to take full control of end-to-end financial matters in a one-person department. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, manage invoices and payroll, and maintain up-to-date records.

You will also prepare monthly management accounts, liaise with US accountants, and drive cost controls while ensuring statutory compliance and timely annual audits. You will report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Must be CIMA or ACCA fully qualified.
• Ability to work as a one-person department to start with.
• High degree of integrity and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and day-to-day financial tasks.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain records.
• Oversee payroll with a third-party provider and VAT affairs.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and monitor progress.
• Liaise with US accountants for the US subsidiary.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audits.
