Job summary

EDU Passport LLC is seeking a Finance Officer to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Students’ Union in Bath. You will work within a busy Finance Team and report to the Head of Operations, ensuring robust budgetary control and financial literacy across budget holders.

With Iplicit finance system implemented, you will lead on ongoing improvements, provide reliable management information, and ensure policies and processes are fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the Students’ Union.
• Be the first point of contact for budget holders to ensure good practice and budgetary control.
• Lead on ongoing changes after Iplicit finance system implementation.
• Provide up-to-date management information and ensure finance policies and processes are fit for purpose.
• Support staff and students with financial advice to deliver the charity’s mission.
