Guardian Jobs in Cambridge is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial accounting, audit, treasury, tax, payroll and endowment management for the college and its subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified and an able manager who can lead a small team, ensure timely information for decision making, and contribute to the college's inclusive, forward-thinking environment.
Hours: Full-Time, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £61,500 - £67,957.50 per annum, depending on experience

The Finance Manager is a key member of the Finance Office Team and is responsible for all areas of financial accounting, audit, treasury, tax, payroll and endowment management for this college, its trading subsidiaries, and Trusts.
The Finance Office is responsible for delivering best practice accounting so this college is able to make decisions based on accurate and timely information. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Finance Office Team is supported and managed through the delivery of the key responsibilities (detailed in the job description found at the next stage).
The candidate will be CCAB Qualified and a capable manager with the personal qualities necessary to lead a small team and influence peers.
