The ideal candidate will bring hands-on problem solving, entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in multi-entity accounting, consolidation and international funding programs.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidation and group financial management.
• Proficient with ERP/fintech tools and advanced Excel, including modelling and analytics.
• Experience handling foreign currency exposure and intercompany transactions.
• Proven track record in grants/funding administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across all group entities and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Coordinate group-wide payroll and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and manage foreign currency risks.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial analyses for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with statutory standards, local regulations and external audits.
• Lead process automation, implement AI-enabled controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
