Humanoid is seeking a Strategic Finance lead to be the CFO’s right hand, shaping business decisions from pilots to mass production and future public markets. You will own models for pricing, funding and growth, turning them into clear recommendations for leadership and the board.

Reporting to the CFO and based in London (with travel to labs and sites), you will build integrated capital plans, drive budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Operations, Legal and Accounting on revenue

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development or investment banking.
• Hands-on scaling experience in a high-growth, venture-backed company.
• Manufacturing or hardware cost understanding (BOMs, costing, capex).
• Proven track record on unit economics and pricing.
• Experience with M&A or strategic transactions.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the unit economics model per robot: BOM, landed cost, deployment, uptime and cost per hour versus labor.
• Track cost-down paths and tie engineering and supply-chain decisions to margin impact.
• Model customer payback and lifetime value by segment and contract structure.
• Design pricing for Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) and outright purchase, incl. volume tiers and service add-ons.
• Build deal models for large enterprise contracts and support commercial teams through negotiation.
• Partner with Legal on revenue recognition implications of contract structures (lease vs service).
• Run financial analysis on acquisitions, JVs, strategic partnerships and supplier investments.
• Model venture debt, term loans, equipment financing and working capital facilities.
