Job summary

SF Partners are recruiting a Finance Manager for a business based in Wednesbury. You will take ownership of financial reporting, controls and compliance, while supporting business decisions and leading a small finance team.

The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and driving improvements to finance systems and processes for better decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Accountant or Financial Controller role.
• Strong financial reporting and controls experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience would be particularly useful.
• ACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent experience as a qualified-by-experience accountant.
