Job summary

CMC Consulting Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes. You will own month-end closes, prepare management accounts, and partner with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and capex.

Qualifications

• Proven month-end close experience with cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes across multiple group entities.
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, site profitability and capex.
• Maintain robust financial controls and support audits, VAT and UK GAAP compliance.
• Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and support working capital, treasury and FX.
• Oversee accounts payable and corporate card processes with proper spend controls.

A fast-growing, technology-enabled business operating sites internationally is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple group entities
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
• Partner with operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, site profitability and capital expenditure
• Maintain robust financial controls and support audits, statutory accounts, VAT and UK GAAP compliance
• Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and support working capital, treasury and FX activity
• Oversee Accounts Payable, expenses and corporate card processes, ensuring adherence to approval workflows and spend controls

About You

• 5+ years’ accounting and finance experience in a Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Senior Management Accountant or similar role
• Proven month-end close experience, plus strong cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
