Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a Tenbury Wells based manufacturing client to appoint a Finance Manager. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis to drive profitability. Occasional travel to County Durham may be required.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong experience in product costing, inventory and ERP systems, and will partner with senior leadership to influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Background in manufacturing, recycling or similar operational environment.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of product costing, inventory and operational finance.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
