A leading company in Oldbury is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the entire accounts process, manage payroll, and ensure financial stability. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities for growth within the company.
Finance Manager for a SME retail, wholesale business in Oldbury. The company is planning strong growth over the next 4 years and has created a new Finance Manager position.
Reporting to the FD, you will manage the entire accounts process, including month-end, VAT, management accounts, and payroll (weekly and monthly). This is a hands-on, all-round role focusing on financial and management accounts, overseeing ledgers and credit control. Additional duties include stock control, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
Ideal candidates are QBE or qualified accountants from small practice or industry backgrounds. The role requires adaptability, initiative, and self-sufficiency, with strong IT and presentation skills. Experience in an SME environment is preferred.
Salary between £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits including one day home working, pension, parking, and stability within a growing company.
